It is essential to get a full and proper understanding of the clients requirements and the initial communications between Jesters Mask and the client are crucial in establishing this. If the client has only a 'broader' picture of their requirements, Jesters Mask can provide advice and guidance, allowing them to make an informed decision about what will work best for them.
The process that each job follows can be broken down in to basic stages.
stage 1 - information gathering
At the initial communication stage the aim is to understand the clients requirements and gather enough detail and information from them to enable a detailed specification and and quotation to be drawn up.
stage 2 - specification and quotation
From the information gathered in stage 1, a detailed specification and quotation is drawn up and issued to the client in the form of an agreement.
stage 3 - client specification and quotation review
If everything is in order and the client wishes Jesters Mask to proceed with the project, then the agreement should be signed and returned along with the any requested initial payment or part payment.
stage 4 - project initiation
Upon receipt of the agreement and and any requested payment work will start on the project.
The route that the work takes from this point will depend upon which service or services have been requested. If your project is a design project then it is likely that there will be a number of further review, feedback and approval stages before completion. If you have merely requested domain name registration then it should only be a few short steps until completion.
Irrespective of the project, Jesters Mask will keep you informed of the progress of all work at regular intervals.
stage 5 - project completion
Once the project has been completed as per the specification, the client will be notified and a request for final payment will be issued.
